Our community is a quiet, owner occupied, well-kept secret just off Farmview Drive and above South Fork Park in Florence KY.  We are a mature, caring community, enjoying life while making forever friends and neighbors. Our fun-loving group of residents (mostly retired) are willing to lend a helping hand to any neighbor in need.
We have a variety of social events, Wednesday morning treats and coffee, cards, several times a week, swimming and water aerobics in summer, bingo in fall and winter, and a variety of parties and potlucks.
We have a constant flow of activities and opportunities! You can get as involved as you want to be!
